Exclusive Properties was founded in 2005, and is a Real Estate Agency offering specialized services to buyers and sellers in the city of Polokwane and surrounding areas. Our team embraces the view that a Real Estate Agent should conduct their day-to-day activities like any other business person. We offer practical, market related, cutting edge advice to empower our clients to make the best possible property investment decisions.

 

True to our vision we believe that being a leading Real Estate Agency does not mean being the biggest; it means being the best in terms of client service, professionalism, integrity and teamwork. This philosophy has proved to be a successful approach as our Agents have won numerous awards of excellence.

 

The Agency’s uniqueness in the greater Polokwane region lies in the fact that it is not part of a franchise. The Agency is privately owned by Michelle Engelbrecht, who started her career as a Real Estate Agent at Exclusive Properties in 2006. We pride ourselves, not only in being wholly female owned, but also in being managed by a group of women who are passionate, loyal and dedicated to their careers. In an ever changing industry, we are proud to say that our staff turnover is insignificant when compared with other Agencies. Our motto is: ‘Once an Exclusive Properties Agent, always an Exclusive Properties Agent!’

We currently have a staff complement of five, consisting of four Agents and one administrative person. Our professional team has a combined total of over 50 years of property experience!

Our slogan – Our name means a great deal! – emphasizes that our credibility is what drives us to offer our clients access to superior service, skilled personnel and exclusive clients and properties. You can expect to deal with an experienced Agent who will be of assistance to you throughout the process of buying or selling your property. Our Agents are skilled listeners who take time to uncover and identify each client’s needs by asking the right questions . This enables them to supply the relevant information needed, to help clients make informed property decisions.

Our offices are conveniently situated in a corporate office park, in one of the sought-after residential areas in Polokwane. Our central and prime location enables us to connect with our clients efficiently.
